RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Currently, has developed newest multi-modality freestanding medical imaging center in Las Vegas. All Siemens new,

state of the art equipment. Have also developed and owned freestanding, multi-modality medical imaging center.

• Identified and structured accounts receivables and billing processes to reduce the DSO to less than 60 days in

commercial and government accounts, drastically increasing monthly revenue.

• Streamlined the staffing and policy/procedures for in and outpatient departments, reducing the salary and expenses

• Contracted with payers and physician groups. Contracted all radiology professional services with largest radiology

group in Nevada.

• Developed largest cash collection for service program for InSight. Established the lien-payer program, making it the

largest revenue source for InSight in Las Vegas.
