The aim of the LAP/AILFP Payments is to provide Disaster Assistance for the 2003/2004 crop

years covered under LAP and AILFP. Iterative and Model driven development using XDE is

chosen to design and develop the project.

The basic operations were implemented in two iterations. One of the processes includes signup

for the program, and managing the producer details based on geographic positions and ssn type.

The second iteration is for issuing final LAP and AILFP disaster payments, canceling erroneously
