managed the company corrective action system for 450+ employees.
Defined and documented plans/procedures (Quality Plans for contract proposals, Engineering
Outsourcing Process) in support of the company’s Quality Management System. Created more
efficient, streamlined processes (e.g. improvements leading to a 45% reduction in total
observations found for the Software Reviews Process).
Updated and improved the company Corrective Action Process which reduced the number of
