platform to work on Student Loan Finance Projects. Use SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3, SAS Data Integration Studio 4.2

for development and maintenance of databases/repositories including any necessary preparation, conversion, and

reformatting of data before loading as well as the loading and updating of data and removal of deleted data. Perform

design/code reviews to ensure that code adheres to the Department of Education standards and meets industry best

practices. Provide fixes to application anomalies and enhancements to the application, according to prioritization.

Analyze current processes and technology to determine where efficiencies and process improvements can be

International and Domestic Pediatric HIV Studies Network Coordination Center - Under this contract, involved in 3

challenging projects: National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) International Site

Development Initiative (NISDI), HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN) 040, and Adolescent Trial Network (ATN).

In support of NISDI (3 protocols of observational study: infants, maternal and pediatric) reviewed analysis, created

new programs, modified and revised existing programs. Used SAS Output Delivery System to extract statistics and

place them in tables and graphic formats. Utilized statistical procedures such as Proc Tabulate, Proc Freq, Proc Means,

Proc Univariate and Proc Summary. Created RTF, PDF reports using SAS/ODS and checked table shells in the

specifications to match all SAS reports. Optimized the existing SAS code performance using SAS/MACROS and SAS

Supported HPTN 040 (DSMB semiannual reports, FDA annual reports, Reconciliation reports, Toxicity reports,

data to prepare, manage and analyze data sets. Using SAS procedures and macros created and modified programs for

anthrax vaccine research. Used Proc SQL to generate the listing of the Case Report Forms (CRF’s) for participant by

visits and sites from Oracle databases. Created tables to identify the number of participants with according-to-protocol

(ATP) violations. Developed of interim, semiannual, and final study reports.

SAS Programmer, SESC, Herndon, VA 2006 – 2006

For Fannie Mae (short term contract)

Supported Fannie Mae restatement effort. Provided technical support to business analysts by developing SAS 9.1

programs on UNIX platform. Programs were based on ad-hoc request from ClearQuest. Generated reports using

Output Delivery System in HTML format. Extensively used SAS/ MACRO and SAS Proc SQL. Performed complex
