facility from inception through project completion. The facility houses nine full motion

flight simulators, 17 digital matrix classrooms, and other support space. Achieved

complete customer satisfaction which resulted in significant repeat business. Completed

project on-time based on the original proposal schedule. Achieved a profit margin 50%

greater than estimated.

FlightSafety – Lafayette, LA

Assisted with estimating, design and management of this $8,000,000 Design Build high

tech training facility from inception through project completion.

BSI Constructors, St. Louis, MO June 2004 – July 2007

Managed $4,000,000 structural concrete addition to an existing building. Achieved

significant owner savings through value engineering.

Completed this architecturally intense project on-time and within budget with zero

contractual control of MEPFP contractors.

REJIS Data Center
