I am currently employed at the Timken Company as a Logistics Coordinator. In this position I have to
pay superb attention to detail while making bill of ladings for drivers as well as entering shipments in
several websites daily to provide routing for upcoming shipments. I have to be a quick learner being
the only person on my shift in this position. I use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail on a
daily basis. Due to salary cuts, I have been asked to fill in for other positions while performing my daily
job. Multi-tasking is a must with my occupation. I have been working with customer service for eight
years and have developed professionalism, strong communication skills, and excellent work ethics. I
am very self motivated and always dedicate myself to do the best at any job I acquire.

Duties: Data entry for shipping, customer service, produce bill of ladings, and website
shipment entries. Run several applications including: SAP, DCS, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, and E-mail. Currently responsible for running the daily backup
for Data Processing.
2005-2007 Teller Supervisor/Customer Service Representative, Galion Building and Loan Bank
Duties: Operated Computer, managed cash drawer, made deposits and withdrawals,
ran loan payments, filed paperwork, answered telephone calls, balanced vault and
ATM, opened and closed the bank, and opened new accounts. Supervised 3 tellers
daily.
