• Developed an interface, which reads the data from EXCEL file and populate this data
to the SAP by using the transaction code f-02. Before calling this interface, the
program checks for the accuracy of data by summing of debits and credits. If the total
is zero then the process should be continued.
• Developed an interface for preprocess the Excel G/L upload file from cash
Management. The Program will determine the corresponding clearing account for
each cash account transaction based on the transaction type. The Preprocessor will
transfer this to a Unix file.
• Developed a program to create a sequence file as expected by direct input standard
program RMDATIND, which is used to upload the material master data coming from
Legacy system in an Excel file. All the sessions are scheduled to execute on Friday
evening. All error records are trapped and processed later.
• Loaded the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable using call transaction for the
transaction F-22 and F-43 respectively.
