between framers and general contractor, Gibbs Construction. * Senior Project Manager for $40.3
million dollar - 204 unit /17 building apartment complex in New Orleans East. Responsible for
scheduling, quality control, payroll and safety compliance. Liaison between all subcontractors and general
contractor Walton Construction. * Estimated and prepared bid packages for 7 commercial jobs ranging
from 1.2 to 4.6 million dollars. * Builder of 14 low income homes through the Federal Housing and

two of which were the company owners’ personal residences. Responsible for renovation of historic school
buildings into office space (including demolition and asbestos abatement) in the Virginia Highlands area in
Atlanta, Georgia.

Personally built over 140 homes in the Atlanta metro area / complete builder responsibilities included initial
customer interaction and introduction, custom design generation, contract negotiations and approval of sale /
coordinated all facets of custom home construction from clearing of the lot to year-end subdivision bond
acquisition. Held all area managers’s responsibilities covering 7 active and 5 warranted subdivisions across
northern metro Atlanta. Managed all builders, assistant builders, warranty service techs and sales agents for this
area.
