Managed and produced “Manual Variable Attenuators.” Planned, supervised, and orchestrated three production lines and
one-third shift assembly line for 40 team members using one supervisor for third shift. Upon arriving at JFW this unit was
almost three months behind on numerous orders. Within three months, the team closed all late orders and shipped new
orders on time. The team continued to ship 98% of orders on time with a higher level of quality. This diminished
overtime, reduced stress, and resulted in a zero per cent return rate.
