equipment and supplies to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies. Managed a team of 10
sales representatives and provided strategic direction leading to increase in sales revenue from $40 million to
$70 million in one year.
Capture Manager for identifying and developing a teaming relationship with Community Digital Utilities Inc
(CDU) as their technology-partner to facilitate the development of a “digital utility”, a conceptual model that
integrates various social, health and economic functions within a community, village, city or state. Established
relationships with key members of the Alaska State Legislature and Educators and obtained their conceptual
acceptance of the joint proposal. Led a team of thought leaders and industry experts to come up with a white
paper solution for Alaska that includes a self-liquidating bond issue by the state to finance the infrastructure
requirements.
Product Manager for an off-shore HIPAA compliant product development effort. Created and managed project
schedules to ensure overall project success including managing project milestones, budget and quality.
Interfaced with customers, demonstrated and presented the product and managed expectations. Product was
developed using HL7 standards using Oracle 8i and Tomcat server for a pilot installation. Obtained HIPAA
privacy certification from Brainbench to understand functional requirements.
