Customer Support Engineer at GM Fort Wayne Assembly Plant and Workhorse Chassis Assembly Plant in
Union City, IN. Link between customers and Delphi. Among some of the responsibilities were to maintain
an active membership in assigned customer quality groups, investigate and resolve customer satisfaction
issues, protect product in assigned facilities, provide technical support in assigned facilities, be the Delphi
Plants and customer communication conduit, generate internal customer complains and follow up
answers on them, inform and monitor initial and final customer complain responses, coordinate reworks/
inspections, coordinate start ups, pilots and key events, provide tooling, training and repairs on product to
customer, and Continuous improvement activities participation.
