• Develop a complete rebuild of a web based employee feedback & survey website for disruptive

physicians.

• The website is geared towards providing workplace feedback for medical personnel through the

US. The site rebuild comprised of .NET framework 3.5, AJAX & VB webforms.

• Converted several physical Windows Servers into a virtual Windows Servers managed by

VMWare Server 2.0

• Performed the seamless conversion to Windows Server 2003 to Window Server 2008.

• Upgraded Small Business Server 2003 to Small Business Server 2008

• Designed windows form and web form applications specifically for Datamax clients. Examples

include text conversion programs to a complete medical billing program with a SQL back end

database. .NET architecture included Classes, DataSets, TableAdapters,

BackgroundWorkers, EventLogs, BindingSources, BindingNavigators and DataGridView.

• Administrative duties also include maintaining MS SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access 2003

databases both at Datamax corporate offices and at client offices.

• Duties include working as Visual Studio Web Developer using VB.Net, DHTML, .NET Framework

1.1, ASP.Net, MS Office Suite 2003. A small amount of my duties also include basic software

installations & PC maintenance.

o Designed and deployed a website to allow the Corporate Customer Care department to

submit service plan and phone orders to different departments within SprintNextel

customer care division.

• Duties include assigning projects to my fellow team members from the group's email box sent in

from the various SprintNextel customer care departments.

o Designed two tracking tools for the Offline group, Billing & Projects, for the purposes of

calculating total projects worked per team member & per the entire group on a monthly &

yearly basis via VBA macros.

o Designed the STAR Survey for the now-disbanded STAR POD in the CEU departments

where CEU specialists completing the STARS program submitted a survey of their

experiences.

• Duties as a 3G Tier 0 Specialist include being among the 1st 100 IT specialists within Sprint PCS

for the eventual upgrade to “Third Generation Wireless Services” or 3G.

o These services include narrow band speeds of 50-70 kbps with “always-on” connection

and the capability to access the entire internet via third generation phones or devices.

I obtained an Associate’s Degree in Multimedia at ITT Technical Institute with GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0. This

degree covers a range of activities spanning from analysis, to design and implementation of security

systems, to security monitoring and countermeasures and ongoing administration.
