Description :
CHANGE MANANGEMENT :
Minimize time taken in the RFC lifecycle by clear and timely communication
Responsible for ensuring no hold ups for corrective changes allow issues to go beyond the defined
SLAs
Ensure the Change Management process is followed for resolution of a Problem
Handle day-to-day Change related issues and escalate if necessary to bring the resolution of the
anomaly back on schedule
Validate change priority during the life cycle of the RFC (From Performa / CMR through to CAB
and approval phases).
Create the FSC (Forward Schedule of Change) each week in preparation for the CAB and ensure
the attendees all have a copy the day prior
Ensure quality and accuracy of Change information
Monitor regular Change measurements via the Delinquent Items List and the Weekly Change
Analysis Report
Document any process compliance issues and ensure Service Management are aware (The S&C
Focal should be made aware of any issues)
Provide status updates upon demand to the Service Manager(s)
Raise awareness of trends or release faults through the escalation points as discovered
Ensure team has awareness of scheduled changes that include planned outages
Obtaining concurrence as required from the appropriate parties
PROBLEM /CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT :
