'big picture', the ability to comprehend technical data, statistical demand patterns and supply scopes, as well as being

highly adept with organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Proactively provide financial and operational

recommendations - EVM - through a practical risks’ analysis approach for use in the order demand, supplier/vendor

conformance and performance measurements, customer relationship management (CRM), business process reengineering,

change management, activity based costing (ABC) and logistical design. Highly experienced and knowledgeable in the

contract costing and management phases, lean manufacturing practices and inventory / order management processes,

BOM’s, MRP, WMS, JIT and ERP; through the means of data analysis, streamlining solutions into business designs,

instituting long term strategic planning and defining (TQM) quality control measures.

Research, write and report the planning and compilation of departmental performance factors through various database

platforms and modules, AS400, SAP, MAS 90 / 200, UNIX, ORACLE and systems’ applications using various flow analysis

Responsible for the $ 12 million dollar government construction contract management and project coordination

functions including contract evaluation, source selection, negotiation of terms and conditions, price, cost and

schedules. Perform and report cost/benefit analysis, variance analysis and financial analysis. Monitor all sales and

expense transactions and record amounts and their impact on contract and overhead control accounts.

Compile and develop project plans that define scope, budget, schedule, business impact and risks, contract

Perform cost and price analysis on contractor / subcontractor's proposals. Perform terms and conditions

negotiations. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions or modifications to subcontracts. Administer and

close-out such subcontracts

Created a document control system and procedure to ensure that records are clearly established and maintained

and that the project communications and activities are recorded and maintained in a cohesive, easily retrieved

Responsible for evaluating, coordinating and proactively synchronizing a $ 10 million dollar inventory and supply

management of commercial vehicle accessory parts to maintain sufficient targeted stock levels for five nationally

located Port facilities as well as two distribution center locations.

Create item specific forecasts over a rolling time horizon to be used for ordering and inventory management

purposes. Purchase raw and finished goods ( internationally and domestically ). Created material requirement

plans and/or forecasts; establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning /

forecasting; measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management.

Anticipate sales or billings and give guidance to management on expected activities. Compare actual financial

performance against forecasted goals to assist management in refining budgeting methods and assumptions.

Establish vendor performance measurements through various reports monitoring factors such as valid open orders,

lead times, on-time delivery, contracted costs vs. actual invoiced costs, etc. Clarify any issues of non-performance

and facilitate support and assistance to the vendor to bring about efforts to improved performance.

Ensure vendor/supplier conformance to AIPDN policy and procedures to eliminate any supply interruption.

Obtain sufficient inventory required to meet departmental / Port on-hand and safety stock levels; and proactively

monitor stock levels through various information sources to prevent any out of stock occurrence from happening.

Identify all parts at risk of stock depletion prior to the expiration of the retention policy guidelines and coordinate

the activities required to ensure continued availability.

Act as centralized source for transportation carrier / vendor claim filing - report vendor defects, act as liaison

between Port location and supplier on any product damages received and recommend / apply credit upon
