inventory. Team leader of cost reduction program.
Coordinated engineering, supervision, scheduling, and quality control. Keeping overhead costs low, we were
able to increase sales from $30 thousand dollars per month to $350 thousand dollars per month.
Implemented setup reduction, kanban tooling system, and 6-S concepts as part of our Lean initiatives. This
resulted in improved machine and employee productivity.
