Project 1: BMW
Feb 2009 – Sep 2009
Bayerische Motoren Werke AG is a world renowned, at the forefront of premium car
sales and also motorcycle manufacturing company. Founded in 1916, headquartered in Munich
is well known for performance and luxury vehicle. It has its own brand MINI and is the parent
of the company Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
Involved in SAP ABAP team and was sent to Munich, Germany to understand the business
process in BMW.
Responsibilities:
• Development and modification of reports on SD mainly.
• Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Vendor Master Data from Legacy system to
SAP R3 database.
• Re process IDOCs in SAP to send it through the EDI system. Check their message format
and correct the errors if the IDOC segments needs change.
• Modified layout set of Purchase order form based on the standard layout set MEDRUCK.
• Monitor the IDOCs flow between SAP and EDI system.
• Resend the IDOCs that are in status 23 in the EDI Server using a internal tool in BMW
called EDI Browser.
Project 2: Manitowoc

Manitowoc Company Inc. is one of the world's largest providers of lifting equipment for
the global construction industry. Manitowoc crane group are engineered to do different kinds of
cranes. They have 4200 manufacturing, sales and service experts in three locations. Also they
are involved in ship building and ship repair industry. They are based at Wisconsin, US.
Involved in ABAP development using ECC6.0 environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop objects using BAPI
• Modify and develop SAP Scripts and print programs.
• Develop Smartforms using both standard and custom objects in SAP.
• Gave internal training to team mates on concepts of Dialog programming and IDOC
• Preparation of Technical design as per quality standards.
• Build programs to interface with other systems.
• Build standard and ALV reports and unit testing them.

Project 3: Ocean Spray Cranberries
Nov 2007 – July 2008
Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc is an agricultural cooperative producing juices. They are
the leading producers of canned and bottled juices. They also have fruit receiving stations,
processing and bottling plants throughout the United States and Canada. Formed in 1930 by 3
Cranberry growers in Massachusetts and New Jersey.
Involved in ABAP development using 4.7 environments.
Responsibilities:
• As a team member in ABAP stream.
• Developing new ABAP objects and delivering the same UAT
• Interfaces: Create user driven program to load transactions from a spreadsheet using
BDC.
• Peer review of codes
• Built objects to interface with legacy system using a client specific tool called “Interface
Architecture”.
• Enhancements: Work with users to clarify requirements, identify user exits, and develop
programs.

Project 4: SaraLee
Feb 2007 – Oct 2007
The Project is with a Europe based Company Named as SARALEE involved in
Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales and Trading of Coffee and Tea, House Hold and Body care &
Food and Beverages. Involved in Upgrade of system from the current version of 4.6 C to
Ecc6.0.
Responsibilities:
• SAP ABAP trained resource and involved in working with a team of 20 ABAPERS.
• Involved in adjustment of SAP standard objects in SPAU activity.
• Involved in testing the z objects in the system and UCC check on the same.
• Hands on Experience on SMART FORMS, Testing of Custom developed codes.
• Providing light on ABAP to newly joined resources in the project by organizing
trainings and sessions on key ABAP Areas.
• Fixing of Standard ABAP codes developed by SAP which had syntax errors because of
Unicode enablement.
Project 4: Nortel
May 2006 – Dec 2007
Nortel is a leader in delivering communications for service provider and enterprise
networks, support multimedia and business critical applications. Nortel does it business over
150 countries to simplify network and connect people to the information they need. Involved in
a team which developed over 90 objects and successful go live of the project.
Responsibilities:
• A team member in a team of around 35 ABAPERS.
• Involved in developing SAP Scripts and Smartforms.
• Developed objects for inbound and outbound interfaces which loads file from local
system to application server.
• Draw the Technical Design (TD) documents and developing objects based on the same.
• Unit testing the objects and peer review of objects.
• Support technically during the functional testing of the object. Debug and fix errors
during functional test.
Project 4: NIIT (Internship with NIIT)

Responsibilities:
• Developed objects for inbound and outbound interfaces which loads file from local
system to application server and also mail the report output with attached pdf.
