Party City, Vanilla Box build out, and Darwin Square Shopping Center.

Employed in 2004 to 2005 as Operations Manager for Gold Coast Roofing of Stuart,

Florida scheduling 75 to 100 men, Buying and scheduling product deliveries. Weekly

meetings with sales personal, Payroll and on site inspections. This company produced

twenty million annually and now, one of the largest roofing companies in south Florida

Employed in 2003 to 2004 as Construction Superintendent with Lotspeich Co. of

Florida constructed Kings Academy a one thru twelfth grade private school thirteen

buildings three million two hundred and fifty thousand one year to complete.

Employed in 2002 to 2003 with M. Ecker Co. as Construction Superintendent I

completed four projects consisting of Broken Sound Tennis Club, Lakes of Point West

240 units w/club house and Benjamin Upper School producing over fore million five

hundred thousand.

Employed in 1995 to 2002 with Delaney Contracting as Construction Superintendent I

built St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, The Plaza 176 unit Assisted Living facility, Court

Yard Gardens 117 unit Assisted Living Facility, Mangrove Bay a 4 story Assisted 6 story

Independent and 74 Town Homes, Harbor Place 118 Bed Convalescent Hospital with 286

unit Assisted and 290unit Independent Living.

Employed in 1991 to 1995 with G. K. Fisher as a Construction Superintendent I built

Winn Dixie super store, Lowe’s, Office Max, Sports Authority, Barns and Noble,

Sears, J C Penny’s, Pay Less Shoes and Pep Boys Auto.

Owner/Operator in 1985 to 1991 Pool Sharks Swimming Pool Company of Jensen

Beach Construction of pools and design, Retail sales, Outlet store, Inventory control,

Deposits, Withdraws and Book Keeping.
