new 230/13.8 KV 15 MVA substation at Opal, the latter set up for future parallel
transformer bay. Also, assisted in the design of relaying interconnection and three line
diagrams (based on implementation of GE Multilin protection relays), dc schematics and
transformer interconnection diagrams at Opal, as well as shop drawing review.
