Re: Mr. Charles Dunlap

To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure to know and work with Mr. Dunlap for the past 9

months, and am privileged to offer my recommendation.

Mr. Dunlap had the responsibility as Controller for ST Inverter America

(STIA). His challenges were serious and complex, in that STIA, was closing its

operations in Houston, TX, and Mr. Dunlap had come to replace two former

Finance employees, a Controller, and Cost Accountant. Mr. Dunlap had to learn

the system in place at STIA quickly and make a solid financial review of the

situation, which he did quickly. STIA also had financial reporting responsibility to

our Mother company, Schneider Elect in France, and to Schneider Electric's US

operations in Chicago, Il1. These challenges were met with highest

Professionalism, and demonstrated clear financial expertise, gaining the respect

from our financial communitv in France.

I can honestly attest to the fact, that when Mr. Dunlap commits himself to

the task, it will be done professionally, completely and on time. Anyone who can

use this type of expertise along with his commitment to excel can only improve the

company that hires Mr. Dunlap.

There is no question, that I would hire Mr. Dunlap again without hesitation, and

wish we had him vears earlier.
