Selected Achievements & Skills

Designed and implemented a complete Software as a Service document retention

application providing daily cash management and donation records to the American Red Cross

saving millions of dollars in time and providing faster “Donation” acknowledgement. Timeliness

of acknowledgement creates additional donations.

Created the implementation and integration plans for a $9.5 million dollar document

tracking system for Bank of America. (Bowe Bell & Howell 1994 – 2000) The ROI for this

solution using hardware and software was 3.5 months with 99.9 % accuracy for every DDA

document sent to customers.

As Director of Solutions Design of Active Data Services, Inc, (2000 – 2008) provided a new

and dynamic solution using 3rd party software for moving 100% of all printing of Blue

Cross / Blue Shield of NC to the outsourcing print facility. Project took 4 months and

increased the ability to accept files from clients by 130%. Over the next 3 years additional

revenues were created by myself and a sales team in excess of $3.7 million
