A Segmented Cellular Prepaid Product Implementation

The project involved finding the varied criterion to segment the subscriber base and identifying the projected

needs of these segments using Hyperion and Decision Support System (DSS). Based on the identified needs

the segmented products were designed.

B Converting Non-Usage customers to Usage Customers

Special schemes were introduced for customers who were not using the Idea Network for making calls and

SMS. The segments were identified using Hyperion and DSS. The initiative led to average conversion rate of

10% for all segments targeted. To recognize the increase in STD usage the project received Excellence Award.
