The objective of this project was to automate, to the fullest possible extent, processing of trade cancellation and

amendment transactions. The project had been initiated to reduce the manual effort in trade initiation, trade

amendment, to improve the control in trade cancellation and to enhance the audit -trail. Cancellation and

amendment requests were received in the form of swift messages. They were validated and if valid, the

associated trade had been cancelled and swift message sent to the agent.

Involved in developing detailed test strategy, test plan, test cases and test scripts using Test Director for

Functional, Navigational, Security and Regression Testing.

managers to perform more accurately and timely updates. The volatilities were updated for commodity codes

and forward rate updates were important for interest rate, foreign exchange rate and commodity transaction. To

improve the efficiency of parameter updates, a GUI application was developed for each of the various systems

and products.
