requirements and OSHA safety requirements while helping develop our production workforce.

Quality Managed quality efforts that repeatedly met Coca-Cola's supplier audit criteria, which

included quality system, product safety, food defense and security.

Coordinated a lean supply chain process with internal supplier to reduce lead time by 33%.

Quality Supervisor – (Warehousing and Distribution)

09/1999 - 07/2003 General Motors Memphis, TN

Managed quality department for ACDelco parts distribution warehouse, which included processing customer

quality claims & material returns, communicating issues to the facility and implementing improvements.

Supervised two quality inspectors and three union hourly workers.
