Performed automated and manual testing in order to detect defects within the various UPS Global applications. Teamed
with the application groups and managers to identify solutions to the inaccuracies found during testing. Developed defect
reports and memorandums documenting the results. Installed UPS NT, W2K and XP operating systems as well as
performing NT to AD migrations. Set up and configured W2K and Win2003 servers. Developed an understanding of
several UPS applications.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Familiar with automated testing tools (Quicktest Pro v8.2, Load Runner, Win Runner), Assembly, AutoCAD (14.0, 2000),
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio), MS SharePoint, SQL Server 2005, Crystal Reports 10,
Remedy ARS 7.1 and Ecora Auditor 4.1.
Hands-on experience building server and workstation application environments. Working knowledge of installation and
configuration procedures using UPS versions of W2K, XP and Server 2003.
Experience with lab LAN/WAN test environment and establishing communications between servers and workstations.
Install and configure external application peripheral devices within Active Directory.
Ability to use Remedy 7.1 in expediting the Change Control and the Outage processes.
