Responsibilities included manage project controls (cost and schedule) 8 people, prepare procedures,

administrative tasks of the department. Manage several administrative projects. Converted to Primavera P6

from MS Project.

• Project Services Lead / Chevron / Swift Technical / Houston, Texas

Responsibilities included managing project controls and contract services (5 individuals) for Chevron Pipeline

Group. Developed policies and procedures, scheduling templates, earned value templates. Produced monthly

reports providing cost analysis, critical path analysis. Provided risk management services on cost and schedule.

Also, provided project controls support on projects located in the Nigerian Delta.

Responsibilities included oversight of all project controls for the Flare Gas Recovery project at the Shell Puget

Sound Refinery. Managed cost engineering, planning and scheduling, and estimating for the project. Issued P/

• Sr. Project Controls Manager / URS Corporation / Chattanooga, Tennessee

Responsibilities included oversight of all project controls for the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) project at

Colbert fossil plant / Bull Run Fossil Plant (TVA sites). Managed cost engineering, planning and scheduling,

and estimating for the project. I implemented the use of P3e/c for the total program. Issued P/L forecast and

margin analysis.
