As the Facility Support Specialist for MajTech, Inc., an information technology company, I
provide expertise in the security and maintenance operations of the MajTech facility. I performed
routine janitorial and maintenance to keep the facility clean and well maintained. Janitorial tasks
included ensuring restrooms are cleaned, vacuuming and buffing floors, and performing basic
lawn care. Maintenance duties included repairing or replacing items such as light bulbs, lamps,
switches, outlets, faucets, filters, caulking, grouting, or other miscellaneous items. I also
inspected and/ or repaired equipment and machinery in order to verify efficient and safe
operation. During contractor work or major construction projects, I acted as onsite liaison

Worked as a contractor assigned to the Pass/ID Office at the following work location: Naval
Support Activity South Point (NSASP), Indian Head, MD. Served as the primary focal point for
all visitors and personnel entering the Naval Base. Responsible for making and issuing 6 different
types of Base Command Photo ID Badges, for Permanent Government Employees and
Contractors. Make and issue Base Temporary Badges for Visitors and all other personnel
temporarily assigned to the base. Issued Permanent Base Decals to Permanent Government
Employees and Contractors. Issue Temporary Base Permits to all Visitors and all other personnel
temporarily assigned to the base. Provided instruction on how to locate the many activities and
commands located on the base. Used the following management information systems expertly in
carrying out this function: Lenel Budge System for Photo ID Badges; Visitor Control Point
System for imputing information concerning visitors to the Base; and the CLEOC System for

4/2007 to 5/2008. Senior Operations Manager, Hours Per Week-40, U. S. Security
Associates, Falls Church, VA/Rockville, MD.
As the Senior Operations Manager for USSA, who provides Contract Security Guard Services for
a very large Government Contractor (Lockheed Martin). I was responsible for the managing
Security Operations of the Security Officers assigned to Lockheed Martin Project, consisting of a
total 1 Assistant Operations Manager, 2 Site Supervisors, 6 Shift Supervisors, and 63 Security
Officers. As the Senior Operations Manager, I was responsible for maintaining a 7 day a week, 24
hour a day schedule for the Security Guard Officers assigned to the 3 buildings in the Rockville,
MD Site, 1 building in Frederick, MD, 2 buildings Greenbelt, MD, and 1 building in Herndon,
VA. I was also responsible for developing Post Orders specifically designed for each of these
locations to ensure all Officers are in Contractual Compliance.
2/2002 to 7/2002. Hours- 40, Assistant Project Manager, Hamel Construction, Alexandria,
Virginia
As Assistant Project Manager, I worked on commercial and residential construction sites. I
performed tasks at building sites; operated construction hand and power tools; and assisted other
craft workers. I tended pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools,
machinery, and equipment. As the Assistant Project Manager, when necessary, I provided

instructions and training to less skilled workers on a Construction Site. Maintained and repaired
mechanical equipment using hand and power tools to repair, replace, lubricate, and adjust parts.
Performed repairs on motors, generators, engines, pumps, and a variety of mechanical devices
and other equipment located on-site. Repairs involved use of power drills, grinders, etc.
Maintained, repaired (including major overhaul) and installed such equipment as pumps,
generators, motors, engines, etc.
12/99 to 1/2002. Hours Per Week- 40, Director of Maintenance, Baptist Senior Adult
Ministries (BSAM), Washington, DC.
As Director of Maintenance for BSAM, a senior citizen retirement community that provides
housing and healthcare for residents, I served as Chief Engineer providing oversight of
maintenance and construction projects. Trained and supervised one Lead Mechanic, three
Maintenance Engineers, and two Painters in the course of their daily operations. As required, I
performed inspections and maintenance for Boiler Rooms, Air Handling Room, Elevator
Mechanical Rooms, Central Heating and Air Conditioning Units, Riding Lawn Mowers, Snow
blowers, and a host of other Building Engineer equipment. I conducted complete visual and test
inspections to determine condition of parts. Diagnosed malfunctions and mechanical
discrepancies; complete a written report to show extent of repair necessary to restore equipment
to satisfactory operating condition. Also, I served as Director of Security, managing the security
operations for the facility, including access systems, parking garages, and internal premises to
ensure the facility is properly secured and free of hazards.

McLean, VA.
Served as Administrative Investigator with MVM's personnel security program, administering the
screening and hiring processes for the security guard contracts for the Department of Justice, DC
Public Schools, NSA, US Customs, and a host of Commercial Contracts. Worked with
representatives of the Government and commercial contractors to resolve issues of manpower
shortages, recruiting and preparing advertisements, screening applications and supporting
documents, and interviewing. In addition to conducting and coordinating the Pre-employment
Background Investigations, performed the following other related duties: gathered source
documents, completed the initial Report Of Investigations, maintained an automated logging
system, administered the psychological testing, coordinated the polygraph testing, and provided
training for new recruits.

On a part-time basis, as a member of the Tillman Protective Services, I was responsible for

supervised as many as 30 Marine Security Guards, which included providing directions, training,

Police Unit that was responsible for securing all prisoners of war.
