Worked as RF Lead Engineer leading a team of engineers entrusted with the entire network rollout and

maintenance of BSNL in Kerala using Nortel equipment.

GSM - Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Analysis of RF network data for evaluating network performance.

• Optimization of the cell by allocating proper neighbours, handover criteria, cell select / reselect criteria.
