Operations & Materials Manager: Report to VP & COO. Responsible for daily & strategic lean planning

and execution functions (including plant output, productivity, efficiency, schedule attainment, order fill rates,

PPV, etc.) as well as Engineering, Quality, HR, Warehouse Management, Shipping and Logistics, and

Plant Maintenance. Drove cost savings initiatives, scrap reduction, continuous improvement initiatives,

pursued outsourcing opportunities, shortened supply chain and improved customer satisfaction by

increasing order fill rates in a short lead time quick turn environment. Re-implemented ERP/MRP system

multi-disciplined consulting professionals supporting North, South, & Latin America. Successfully “re-built”
