Case number 2001-T-0069 chosen for publication by the Supreme Court of Ohio on January 27,

2003 (cited as 150 Ohio App.3d. 719). Was fastest clerk to publication in the history of the 11th

District Court of Appeals.

Drafted over 50 appellate decisions that all received unanimous consent. None of my draft

recommendations had a dissenting opinion.
