Directed all branch operations of multi unit branch office. Guided all sales functions including those of

multi line property and casualty insurance agency, full service travel agency, member services department

and field membership sales department. Analyzed and directed multi million dollar P&L’s, department

business and marketing plans. Protection of company assets through strict adherence to all internal audit

processes. Conducted coaching for success sessions with all employees and led by example those

Manager Of Automotive Financial Services (1990 - 1994)

Managed all operations of program that was offered to over 4 million AAA members to assist in purchase

of new and used vehicles. Direct line responsibility to Vice President. Facilitated relationship between

dealer base, members and Club by acting as liaison. Secured new dealers to participate in program.

Conducted reviews of purchases to insure members were receiving proper member price for new vehicle

and if not, consulted with dealer principals to secure difference in pricing for member. Developed

additions to program that added value for member. Managed an eight employee call center and an outside

Field Representative. Performed training of employees in customer service skills, proper telephone

etiquette and sales skills, as well as recruiting and hiring of team.

• Grew dealer base of program by 25%

• Developed and instituted Parts and Service Discount Program as addition to Car Buying Program that

provided more value for members and tied member to dealership. Achieved over 90% participation

rate of dealer base

• Increased revenue of program by over 10% each year

• Worked with other leaders in Club to institute Preferred Loan Program which offered reduced rate

loans to members for vehicle purchases

• Aided in publishing of procedures manual for loan program

Representative and Marketing Manager for several companies including NAPA, Gabriel Shock

Absorbers, Parts Plus and Big A Auto Parts.
