Summary:
I currently perform all aspects of developing a preliminary or definitive estimate for a major project or for a
specific construction specialty. I also revise estimates when scope of project changes or other new information
becomes available while providing technical guidance requiring problem recognition and solution selection among
predetermined alternatives while following DCAA / FAR regulations. Tasks that are completed impact cost
containment, efficiency, and profitability of operations. Deadlines often change, inquiries and related pressures persist,
reprioritizations and trade-offs usually result in compensatory efforts and additional time for job success. My
construction background and experience in Project Controls has given me the qualities and ability to be successful in
Construction supervision, Estimating, and Scheduling fields.
