I currently perform all aspects of developing a preliminary or definitive estimate for a major project or for a

specific construction specialty. I also revise estimates when scope of project changes or other new information

becomes available while providing technical guidance requiring problem recognition and solution selection among

predetermined alternatives while following DCAA / FAR regulations. Tasks that are completed impact cost

o Performed material take-offs to detailed cost estimates for small to large scale construction projects

o Coordinated with various entities to determine labor and material requirements for large scale

construction projects to ensure accuracy of cost estimates.
