Liaised extensively with NLRB, Dow Jones Legal, and IBEW Local 164 to conduct election of decertification of Local

164’s representation of Dow Jones Telerate employees at Harborside.

Played key role in the local union being decertified from the Jersey City office.

Lead representative for Electronic Publishing Unit at the first OFCCP Audit of a Dow Jones location.

Co-authored Employee Relations Reference Guide for distribution to all Dow Jones’ domestic management.
