States.

Camden Largo Town Center, Largo, Maryland • 2009 – Present

Recruited by industry associate to manage troubled asset. Responsibilities include management of day-to-

day operations, directing leasing and maintenance staff, maintaining high levels of customer service with

potential and existing residents, maintaining property curb appeal, liability management, budget and capital

expense development and adherence.

• Reduced delinquency by $105,000 over a six-month period by implementing aggressive collection

process, active communication and team building with legal team and local authorities, evictions.

• Increase sales closing percentage over initial five-month period from the mid-teens to over 55% through

sales development, target/goal setting, tag team selling, quality product availability and upgrading sales

Northeast Regional Manager (2004 - 2008)
