Reported directly to the CFO whose responsibilities were mainly in business development and little
accounting/financial decision making. Lott Brothers is a leader in Hospital Construction which includes
the Seton Hospitals in Williamson and Hays Counties among many other private and public health facilities
throughout the state of Texas. I assisted in incorporating and setting up new businesses in other states for
the purpose of acquiring licensing. Lott Brothers is the Limited Partner of a Corporation with 9 other
limited partnerships of which I managed all the accounting functions including consolidations and
preparation for year end audits. Managed a team of 4 employees which comprised the accounting
department responsible for all aspects of the General Contractor’s business including, but not limited to,
Job Costing for 5 major projects, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll for up to 50 employees,
subcontractor management, and cash management of over 50 banking accounts. Oversee the HR
department and lead the IT Management with some assistance from an external IT company. Responsible
for preparation of all payroll tax reporting, sales tax in various states, and worked direc tly with our external
auditors, surety, bonding and insurance carrier with regards to yearly bidding on general liability and other
insurance coverages. Worked directly with all Project Managers and well experienced in AIA form
preparation including being responsible for all monthly G702 Owner Billings.

budgeting, reporting, and analysis. Understanding and complying with Certified Payroll processing
including Owner controlled insurance programs, i.e., ACIP, OCIP and ROCIP. Complying with yearly
insurance audits as required by those programs as it pertains to Workman’s Compensation policies and
costs. From accounts payable, receivables, and payroll responsibilities including payroll tax returns and
