Owner’s Site Representatives.
Led management teams in process improvement endeavors. Developed several tools with which the team utilized for

• A standardized mall renovation due diligence checklist for developing complete renovation scope of work.
• A standardized building pad turnover procedure for users who will construction their own facilities

managing future projects.

Responsible for oversight of one region of the public school system, consisting of 95 educational campuses. The areas

The position also required my assessment of schools’ needs for renovation and major repairs and to prioritize spending
of the schools’ O&M and capital budgets, working directly with all of the school principals and operating engineers, and
with the upper management officers of the Chicago Public Schools.

Functioned as the project team member responsible for the review and approval of the architectural designs of the small
stores in the shopping centers, and the supervision of the construction activities of the tenant contractors. building those
small shops This was a full time on site field position. I performed in this position for:
• Two ground up regional shopping center projects
Senior Drafting Specialist February 1977 to March 1978
Responsibilities included the preparation of design criteria documents for tenant design and construction in the existing
shopping centers owned by Homart. Additional duties included the preparation of site plans for new regional shopping
center projects.
