Key factors to acquiring new business and acquiring contacts which lead to new business have been : attending, preparing for and

networking at industry specific conventions, general career conventions, Chamber of Comm. conventions, and professionals symposiums.

The ability to successfully place Human Resources personnel for many companies, and the ability to acquire corporate intelligence and in

depth information on prospective clients have also been some my most effective methods to acquiring new business .

professionals identified as viable candidates for our clients. ( Professionals names and contact info. acquired via referrals, reference

meet our client’s requirements (Only done for very highly specialized professionals). Convention recruiting : attending industry

specific conventions and general career conventions (each requires a different skill set) to meet, network with and recruit professionals.

Email recruiting : a continuous high volume of emails sent to potential candidates. Searches via data base and resume search engines.

Focused and extensive employee recruitment from companies in our industries, affected by any of the dire situations (bankruptcies,

relocations, buyouts, etc.) identified by our corporate intelligence and research process. These periods of focused recruitment effort

provide our company with a great deal of recruited professionals; professionals to present for current job orders, professionals to market

to our present, past and prospective clients and professionals to keep in our company’s data base for future use.**

Interview and evaluate a very large number of professionals in a short period of time in a career convention setting; determining their

experience and job preferences. Then organize, and match them accordingly to clients. Schedule candidates to interview with our clients

telephonic ally, at conventions and at client site location. Negotiate compensation plans with candidate. Thoroughly prepare, and educate

are in the process of mergers, expansions, downsizing, bankruptcies, companies relocating, change of management, new company

acquisitions, buy-outs etc. I provide in depth and detailed company personnel information about our company’s direct competitors, and

our client’s competitors. Prepare and organize all intelligence acquired into a presentation, and create accompanying data base. I then

present all intelligence and information acquired directly to our C.E.O. and Chief Officers Committee, and offer recommendations based

on analysis of all of the acquired information.

Work in a team setting thoroughly analyzing new client orders to determine the investment of time and resources that our company should

allocate to any one client and/or order. Analysis of market factors, i.e., present and/or a future demand from other clients to hire

professionals that would be recruited for this client. Anticipated number of professionals that would want to work for this client. The

amount of companies in the market to recruit from to attain candidates for this client, etc. Analysis of prospective client’s company

i.e., client’s position in the market, client’s public reputation, amount of time company has been operating, past experiences with client

company, known problems of internal politics that would impede the hiring process, etc. Analysis of job order factors i.e., our

fee, retainer, job order exclusivity, client expectations, salary, location, title, relocation package, number of firms that have worked on this

order (and what was the outcome ?), amount of time position has been open, time frame for hire, etc.

Information acquired through many means : Present and former clients and candidates, direct sourcing of facilities-“Department
