PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Project Management
• Secured and managed funding ($7 million) to design and construct a Customer Center by
coordinating both internal functional teams and external vendors.
• Negotiated long-term contracts with transfer agents and other financial service providers to cost
effectively manage shareholder accounts; set new creative and content direction for annual report
to more effectively communicate company execution capabilities.
• Managed the transformation of commercial and residential spaces through the design, sale, and
installation of quality furnishings to fulfill on customized décor plans.
• Wrote the business case and managed the budget ($1.5 million) to facilitate a company-wide
leadership conference in preparation for the spin-off of Delphi Corporation from General Motors;
project included managing the conversion of a company garage to a conference and business
theater that accommodated 600 participants.

• Developed a profitable decorating business with grassroots marketing tactics to sell quality
furnishings to create beautiful residential and commercial environments.
• Coordinated multidivisional effort to locally produce engine and fuel management systems in
China through market research and economic analysis, business case and strategy development.

opportunities to synergistically grow the automotive parts business.
Engineering
• Determined a paced build method for the manual production of a complex wiring harness to
manage the electrical and electronic control of a new eight cylinder engine. Configured the
equipment and selected components to build the harness efficiently based on ergonomic
considerations. Determined the required staffing and provided training in the methodology to
effectively build to forecasted car volumes.
• Determined raw material requirements to manage the production of sun care and adult toiletry
products in response to marketing directives. Evaluated company owned facilities and local
