Direct the site operations for a specialized contractor that builds industrial chimneys for power plants. I was
instrumental in managing the procurement of material, schedule, and on time delivery of a 434’ tall
reinforced concrete chimney. My responsibilities included preparing detailed work plans, managing the
performance of subcontractors and meeting the needs of the client as well as the construction managers.

Senior Project Manager for a national design/build firm where I directed the construction of new buildings
and tenant fit-outs of commercial and retail environments. My responsibilities included interacting with and

schedules. I was fully responsibility for profit and loss, quality, labor scheduling and executing a plan to
