SITE MANAGER

Contract Position

Direct the site operations for a specialized contractor that builds industrial chimneys for power plants. I was

instrumental in managing the procurement of material, schedule, and on time delivery of a 434’ tall

reinforced concrete chimney. My responsibilities included preparing detailed work plans, managing the

performance of subcontractors and meeting the needs of the client as well as the construction managers.

Sr. Project Manager

Senior Project Manager for a national design/build firm where I directed the construction of new buildings

and tenant fit-outs of commercial and retail environments. My responsibilities included interacting with and

meeting the needs of clients through the design and construction of m ulti-million dollar projects; hiring

architects, engineers, construction trades people and various vendors to meet fast paced construction

schedules. I was fully responsibility for profit and loss, quality, labor scheduling and executing a plan to

meet the client’s goals. I have completed construction projects in major cities throughout the country to

include: Manhattan, Atlanta, Seattle, Phoenix, New Kingston, Jamaica, and many others.

FACILITIES MANAGER

Facilities manager for 3 buildings totaling 450,000 square feet of high tech manufacturing space located in

Southern New Hampshire. Responsibilities included managing the facilities staff, contract negotiations,

budget analysis and management, project management, maintenance of all buildings and facilities

equipment, government compliance, and custodial and grounds care. Reported directly to the Global

Facilities Manager.

Managed the facilities, maintenance and environmental, health and safety programs for a 750,000 square

foot manufacturing facility located in Nashua, NH and a 160,000 square foot union labor facility located in
