Client: Cypress Semiconductors, San Jose, CA, USA; Role: Project Manager; Team

Size: 9 Onsite & 6 Offshore; Duration: Feb’08 – Feb’09

Description: The project consisted of global implementation of Oracle Order

Management, Inter-Company Accounting and Accounts Receivable modules and

integrating the same to the existing modules (GL, Purchasing and AP). The project

also involved development of interfaces to legacy systems. This was a global

implementation with training and support to offices across all continents.

Responsibilities: Project Management and Lead Consulting, Program management for

OM, WMS, Sabrix implementation projects.

2) Implementation of Oracle Apps Financials and SCM

Client: ITL LLC; Role: Project Manager and Lead Consultant; Team Size: 5; Duration:

Jul’6-Oct’07

Description: The project consisted of implementation of Oracle EBS GL, AR, AP,

Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Costing and Pricing modules.

Description: The project involved upgrading Oracle EBS Financial modules from 11.0.3

application was developed using oracle D2K. The implementation and support was to

enable almost 30 sites.

Client: Omantel, the largest Telecom service provider of the Sultanate of Oman; Role:

Project Manager for Billing, OSS, Bill Presentation and Data Migration; Duration:

Jun’02-Dec’05; Team Size: 35; Project Value: US$ 14 million

Description: The project involved implementation of Abror/BP for billing, Arbor/OM for

customer care, Victory OSS, Comptel/SAS for Service Activation, Comptel/AMD for

Mediation, DOC1 for Bill Preparation and presentation and Data Migration from legacy

system to Arbor/BP and Arbor/OM

Responsibilities: Planning and management of implementation of Billing and Customer

care solutions with the help of the third party implementing team; Managing data

migration including planning and designing; Planning and managing bill presentation

and production plan.

6) Sample Management System

Client: Director General of Weights and Measurements, Ministry of Commerce; Role:

Description: The DG of Weights and Measurements is responsible for testing samples

Description: The project involved Custom development of integrated business system

for the bank as well as data migration from legacy main frame system. The system

covered management of Loan Applications, Loan approval, EMI Calculation, Housing

project monitoring, Distribution of loan amount, Collection of repayment, Defaulter

Management, Savings Account, and HR & Payroll.
