meetings with sub-contractors. Updated and distributed schedules, punch lists, and information daily through

emails and phone calls.

Responsible for budgeting costs, cash flow, and contract billing with general contractor.

Bonnet Creek Resort: Waldorf Astoria, Hilton Hotel, and Convention Center (Orlando, FL), 2007-2008

Responsible for managing $32,700,000.00 million in construction and budget costs for the first Waldorf-Astoria

built from the ground. Previous Waldorf-Astoria hotels represent refurbishments of previous hotels or buildings.

Successfully managed project budget and yielded a $4.5 million profit, including a budget with a $3.27 million

profit, despite start delays. Responsible for budget costs, supplier contracts, and cost-changes.

Implemented several structural/design changes requested by client without delay to the schedule.

Tsusho of America: Steel Coil, Tenneco, Green Metals, Arc, and Office Buildings (San Antonio, TX), 2005-2006

Responsible for producing and implementing schedule to meet the client’s need for multiple automotive supplier

plant buildings, including: Assembly, Paint, Plant Office, Press, Reception, and Weld Building.

Managed $7.3 million in budget costs and contract billing with general contractor and billing (cash flow).

Responsible for producing schedule and implementing schedule to meet client’s need for the plant’s Visitor Center.

Managed $.6 million in budget costs and contract billing with general contractor and billing (cash flow).

Toyota Tundra Manufacturing: Assembly, Paint, Plant Office, Press, Reception, and Weld Building (San

Antonio, TX), 2004-2006

Successfully produced and implemented schedule to meet client’s need for the Assembly, Paint, Plant Office, Press,

Reception, and Weld Building. Total size of project was $15.2 million.

Managed billing, payments, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, cost analysis and projections, budget costs, cash

flow, customer satisfaction, multiple personalities, and safety of 150+ workers.

2003 – 2004: Pulte Homes, Inc. Grand Rapids, Michigan

Responsible for quality control and producing Punch Lists to meet home owner and inspectors’ requirements.
