Assistant Superintendent

Worked with the Airport authority and the Architects with extensive planning,

coordination and cooperation. Supervised up to 70 crews on site per day.

This Design/Build project will have a significant impact on the overall operations

of the Airport’s baggage claim level and ground transportation operations.

Knight Elementary School, Tampa, FL. Budgets: $ 3,450,000

Superintendent:

A campus wide renovation for an approximately 853 student elementary school

that is overall 87,195 sf. The project includes intensive electrical renovation

with much low voltage replacement, some new HVAC improvements, the

addition of fire sprinklers to a large portion of the existing campus, the painting

of the entire campus, the repair of the existing walkway canopy system and new

finishes in over 21,000 sf of classroom area. The project is set to begin

construction this summer after seven months of preconstruction and budgeting

work which resulted in a GMP cost that is within the projects budget.

Fire/EMS Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Charlotte County, FL. Budgets: $ 4,399,268

The building is 80’ x 200’ (16,000 sf) it will include (6) full length equipment

bays with overhead automatic doors at each end, and two (2) full length air

conditioned bays for staff, work shop, tools/parts and storage in the middle

bays.

East Port Environmental Building B, Charlotte Co. Budgets: $ 2,907,008

Superintendent

Demolition and clearing of existing site. New 27,277 sf one-story Field

Services Building. Approximately 7,425 sf of the building has an air-

conditioned office occupancy; 18,536 sf has a non-air conditioned

service/storage occupancy. The remaining 1,316 sf has exterior entrance

roofed areas, loading dock, and more. The County has established a wind load

criteria for the structure at 146 MPH, and comply with FBC 2004.

Dale Mabry Elementary School, Tampa, FL. Budgets: $ 2,739,000

Superintendent

Worked very closely with owner and architect to ensure a cost efficient, high

quality finish, and on time project delivery. Overcame several challenges

including finalizing background checks and critical documentation of

subcontractors, building the new media center/classroom wedged between the

existing school, middle school track & field and playground area on an active

busy campus, and converting the old media center in to 4 new classrooms. This

existing building had at least 3 past structural additions.
