trial in the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. I have drafted the litigation
recommendation for a class action lawsuit against the largest housing developer in
the Southeast. That recommendation was ratified by the Office of General Counsel,
and a lawsuit has been filed. I have conducted a week long marathon of depositions in
a case to which I was assigned upon my transfer to the Atlanta District Office.
