WORK EXPERIENCE
Corporate Communications Coordinator
March, 2004 - May, 2009

My responsibilities including managing 10 account managers, and 6 plants including
China, Mexico, Canada, and the US. My duties where to receive and log all rfq into our
plexus system, type up all quotes, and no- quotes letters. Handle any ECN (engineering
change notices), and make sure that we had the current engineering design, and then kick
off an APQP meeting. I was also responsible for document control of all our customer
prints. I also, set-up our quoting work flow into our plexus software system. Contract
Review of all purchase orders and legal documents, I was also responsible for entering
purchase orders into our system, and also handling of any price reductions or customer
give backs per our purchase order agreement. I was in charges of storing and maintaining
these records and filing electronically. I had to manage all of the rfq’s, ecn from all 5 of
our plants and 10 account managers, 4 engineers, to ensure that the quote had been
completed, and signed off on and then submitted to the customer in a timely manner. I
also set up new customer and customer part numbers into our computer system. The
handling of customer issues, and customer web-site for on-line quoting for JCI, Lear, and
Brose, also arranging and setting up sales meetings, and maintaining our account
manager’s calendars, tracking of on time quotes.
Payroll Manager/Buyer
October, 1988 – June, 2003

I was a payroll manager with 2 employees that reported to me. I was responsible for
weekly, and bi-weekly payrolls, for our Company, which including a contracting service
division, government, out of state payroll. I was also responsible for entering new
employees, and maintaining employee records, deductions, car allowance, bonus, and
financing reporting quarterly, and at year-end. I was also responsible for issuing W-2, and
also help to get our Company ISO certify. I was also an internal auditor.
Then I was promoted to a buyer for our weld gun division. My responsibilities would
include purchasing raw material, and components that would be required to manufacture
a weld gun from a bill of material. Also, I would set up our jobs number, for cost
accounting purposes, and budget that was allocated for the purchase of outside goods. I
was also responsible for selecting and maintaining new vendors and responsible for
vendor audits. Also cost competitive analyzing.
Corporate Customer Service

My responsible were to handle corporate correspondence, stock distribution, annual
dividends, proxy tabulations, and handle any customer service issues. I was responsible
for the corporation annual shareholder meetings, the proxy tabulation, stock, stock splits,
and dividends. I was also responsible for lost checks, replacement of lost stock
certification and any other customer service issue that would arise.
