OBJECTIVE: Seeking a Construction Manager position using problem solving and technical skills while

communicating with stakeholders to insure objectives are completed on time and within budgets.

SUMMARY:

30 years of experience in private and public construction industry with a PM Certificate.

15 years as Construction Manager/Owners Representative. Supervised up to 200 trade’s

people from contractor/subcontractor with various skills in excavation, underground utilities,

concrete/masonry, structural steel, roofing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler,

insulation, millwork/rigging, painters, flooring and ceiling, etc.

Handled all CM functions from Contractor performance audits and compliance to

drawings/specifications, safety standards, personal/behavioral standards, design support for

RFP’s/cost estimates, project manager support, drawing reviews/maintenance updates/red

lines, training needs for start-up on equipment, etc.

15 years of hands-on construction experience in earth work, paving, concrete,

underground utilities, carpentry, structural steel studs, flooring/ceiling. Excellent general skills

in all other trades to include electrica l, sprinkler, HVAC, roofing, etc.

10 years on Construction management experience with infrastructure, facilities, utilities

including installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Maintained a projected 5 year CAPEX budget for facilities construction issues

Managed large scale initiatives up to $45M across the country from site work to turnover
