exported has appropriate documentation for clearance by customs. Preparing and
analyzing daily statistical reports. Researching reports, determining causes for service
failures and devising a plan of action to correct break-downs in the process. Developing
company guidelines and procedures. Promoting Safe Work Methods which includes
monitoring performance of safety, quality, and productivity in the department and

worker and later, acting Supervisor for three years until I was hired permanently
by UPS and promoted to Supervisor of International Operations.
