• Completed large scale book recovery and correction projects from overseas and United States

• Facilitated Lean Six Sigma initiative in streamlining through automation in the creation of

requested work orders done manually. This process cut the order request processing of

individual orders by 15 minutes thus creating immediate and verifiable inventory adjustments

for continued use of components. This automation of the process also saved 7.5hrs in the total

process time for 1 order.
