areas. Day-to-day coordination of production, maintenance scheduling, manpower requirements, labor

disputes, customer service, and quality control. Successfully designed and implemented production and safety

controls in a newly created, team-based, management structure.

Provided technical assistance for diverse projects, several over $10 million. Developed project scope,

justification, preparation of PIDs, material balances, operation and maintenance manuals, training, and start -
