food chain business development. Holding the brand “Warung Ojolali”, the company is

currently running 20 food outlets and already sold 8 outlets to franchisees.

Job Description :

• Acting as Team Leader of System Information Department consisting of 3 subordinates.

Responsible for compiling data from Operational Division (daily sales, daily cost of

goods sold, items sold, number of mark outs, inventories, etc.)

• Forming weekly business analysis, and reporting to CEO for decision making.

• Preparing proposal to new investors prior to franchising agreement, including Cash Flow

projection, ROI and Payback Period forecast, and existing outlet – valuation to determine

outlet selling price to new investors.
