Senior Project Manager: Transcontinental Direct is a direct marketing and fulfillment services
company. As a project manager, I work with Transcontinental clients such as Boehringer
Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Company, Globus Travels and Tours, Tauck Word Discovery (Travel
Company), TD Banknorth and the US Army, in implementing fulfillment services, database
management and customized Web applications. The model used in delivering solutions to the
client is an onsite/offshore model and I manage a team of developers, project managers,

and Testing, Customization, Reengineering and Conversion, Installation & Maintenance in an
onsite/offshore environment. Worked closely with IBM and ACE team providing real time
information, handling crisis, implementing and enforcing project processes, including issue
identification and resolution, change control, risk planning and mitigation. Various technologies
that were used across the wide range of projects were Informatica 7.1/8.0, MS-SQL Server 2000,
AS-400, VB 6.0, Mainframe – Cobol, DB2, IMS, JCL, XML & .Net Technologies & PeopleSoft 8.4.
Client: AXA Financial, Inc., New York
Project Lead/Manager responsible for gathering and delivering requirements for 375 applications
to be deployed in MSI format on AXA’s XP workstations and laptops. Worked with AXA to get
standard agreements and provided DELL who was responsible for MSI packaging, with technical
dependencies, like network drives that need access, other software’s that have to be on the
machine for the application to work and any other environmental considerations, such as
software on server or client, interaction with DB’s, etc. Responsibilities included requirements
gathering, writing development specifications and technical/end-user documentation, designing
departmental level procedures to achieve financial and time management efficiencies, acting as
