database structure and processing. Restructured the index records and did code

allow Direct Access Connectivity by the TOPAS reservations system (Korean Air) to

New Frequent Flyer System (C.R.I.S. developed by Mercator) (Feb – Jul

2002): Introduced new functions in PACERS II such as PNR download to the CRIS

PNR repository upon end of transaction (EOT), manual PNR download, mass PNR

download, and new entries to monitor and maintain those functions. (Role:

Migration from ACPDB to TPFDF (Dec 2001 – Mar 2002): Reviewed and

updated all programs and records using ACPDB to TPFDF format and structure.

Support ABACUS Group Product (Feb 2001 – Jan 2002): Handled program

Auto Imposition of Ticketing Time Limit for Teletyp e Bookings (Aug – Oct

2000): Prepared program enhancements to enable the system to automatically

assign a ticketing time limit on all teletype PNRs without ticket information. (Role:

Passenger Final Sales (PFS) Project (May – Aug 2000): Enabled PACERS II to

handle incoming Passenger Final Sales (PFS) messages from DCS which will in turn

be processed by the PROS system to maintain accurate control over actual joining

load at each point of departure of a flight in comparison with the booked joini ng load

(passengers and blocked-off seats) so as to insure maximum capacity utilization at

downline stations and updating Reservation Control Center records as may be

Migration of INFINI to the SABRE system (Sep 1999 – Nov 2000): Handled

modifications needed for the migration of INFINI to the SABRE system. (Role:

Y2K Project (Jun 1998 – Feb 2000): Tested and modified as necessary, all online

and offline programs for Y2K compliance. (Role: Developer)

ALCS Migration from Ver. 1.1 to Ver. 2.2.1 (Feb – Apr 1998): Prepared

program modifications to support the upgrade of PAL’s Airline Control System from
